COST of  * Property rental for a wedding only

MEMBERS: $100 deposit is due immediately upon reserving the Gardens in order to secure the date.
                       $250 Rental Fee is due 1 month prior to the event.

Total: $350             
  
NON-MEMBERS: $100 deposit is due immediately upon reserving the Gardens in order to secure the date.
                                  $300 Rental Fee is due 1 month prior to the event.

Total: $400
            

COST of  * Property rental for a wedding andreception

   MEMBERS:  $200 deposit is due immediately upon reserving the Gardens in order to secure the date.
                            $450 Rental Fee is due 1 month prior to the event.

 
   Total: $650

   NON-MEMBERS: $200 deposit is due immediately upon reserving the Gardens in order to secure the date.
                                     $500 Rental Fee is due 1 month prior to the event.

 
Total:  $700
